Celia works with private practice owners who want more than just a busy clinic, they want a profitable, well-led business that supports their life.
Known for her honest, practical and energising approach, Celia helps owners cut through noise quickly, see what’s really going on in their business and focus on what will make the biggest difference.
She combines strategic thinking, commercial insight and leadership development with a deep understanding of the emotional reality of running a practice.
Background
Celia’s entrepreneurial journey began in South Africa.
After studying law and working briefly in the sector, she left to start an electronic security business, growing it from start-up to a multi-million-pound company before selling to a larger firm. She remained as Managing Director during the transition before returning to the UK.
That experience shaped her understanding of:
- Growth
- Leadership
- Systems
- Exit planning
- And the realities behind building and selling a business
Working with a coach herself became a turning point. Celia realised she wanted to support other business owners helping them avoid the isolation, overwhelm and costly mistakes that often come with growth.
Today
Celia now works with private practice owners across the UK and internationally, supporting them through:
- Strategy
- Leadership development
- Financial clarity
- Team growth
- Succession and exit planning
She is particularly passionate about helping owners build businesses that don’t rely entirely on them, creating freedom, sustainability and long-term value.
Outside Work
Outside of work, Celia is happiest being active or bringing people together.
You’ll often find her running, playing padel, or on the golf course or hosting friends and family around a table filled with food inspired by her ever-growing recipe book collection. She also loves a good game of cards and the laughter and connection that comes with it.
She believes the same thing about life as she does about business:
The journey matters just as much as the destination.
