Using the seven pillars of a painless practice framework: Identify what you want to be true in each area during the coming year:
Personal: What do you want to achieve in each area of your life? Health, finances, relationships, career, experiences, environment etc.
Purpose: What is your cause? What do you want your business to be known for in the community, what do you want your entire team to be on board with?
Pipeline: Who do you want to be attracting and what will your marketing be like? How will you retain patients?
Patients: How do you want your patient journey to be? How will you make sure this is delivered consistently?
People: Who do you want to be working with and how will you lead and manage your team?
Profits: How much money do you want the practice to generate and how will you manage the finances of the clinic?
Plan: What plans do you need to put together so that you have crystal clear visibility of where the practice is heading and the progress you are making?
