While there have been many challenging moments, we hope that the exercise below will help you reflect on the good that came from this year both professionally and personally.
Grab a cup of tea or coffee (or a glass of bubbles!), pen and paper and find a quiet space. Acknowledge achievements and reflect on the lessons learnt during this past year by answering the questions below. We recommend doing this for both your personal and professional life. This is also a great exercise to do with your team – it can be really insightful hearing the different answers team members come up with. This is a great way to get to know everyone a little bit better – some of the answers will definitely indicate what is important to them. Give it a try!
