She is a strong believer in ‘you never know until you try’. She sees her purpose as to ‘inspire and empower’. Lyn incorporates planning and preparation into supporting you to reach your aspirations. Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management are skills that Lyn brings to the mix. She sees challenge as an opportunity from which to discover, and action solutions.

Lyn’s background
Lyn’ dream was always to work with horses. At 18, after A-levels, she struck a deal with her father that she would also apply for ‘proper jobs’ as well, and whichever she got first she would take. This led her into the world of accounting in a private practice, where Lynn was able to become a qualified accountant who could afford to keep horses and enjoy them all the more. From private practice Lyn moved into industry and into waste management. Working her way up to Group Financial Accountant for 6 companies and managing a team of 14 staff. Subsequently, Lyn has worked in the plant hire business and for a regulatory / membership body for Surveyors. Redundancy was the opportunity that opened the door into coaching and Lyn has never looked back. Now incorporating her accounting and business background into work she loves doing. Lyn is also passionate about helping people transform stress, and boost their performance and energy.

A bit more about Lyn
Lyn has a young son, Finn, who has more than replaced the horses in her life. She also has a step son, Jake, and Andy, her partner. They love to escape as often as they can in their camper van to anywhere and everywhere in the UK or mainland Europe.

Lyn was born in South Africa and spent the first 5 carefree years of her life growing up there. Going back does feel like going home, however, she is also a massive fan of the South West of England and counts herself very lucky to live in such a beautiful and varied part of the UK. You will find her walking, cycling or running around it as often as she can.

Having a young family is currently putting pay to book reading so Lyn grabs snapshots from YouTube and audio clips instead. Currently top of the list is Jim Rohn.
