She’s passionate, high energy and really fun to work with. Celia is able to quickly get to grips with where you want to get to and what the gaps are. Celia is probably one of the more ‘strict’ team members who will motivate (‘push’!!!) her clients to do the things they need to do to achieve the outcome they truly desire. She does not put up with excuses very easily. Her drive comes from a deep set belief that life is too short to create regrets each day, week, month, year. Celia is passionate about enjoying the journey along the way too – if everything was about the destination life would be dull. Celia’s clients do say she has a softer, compassionate and caring side too when it’s needed!

Celia’s background

Celia studied law at university in South Africa, worked in the sector for two years and then left and started an electronic security company and that was the start of being an entrepreneur! She built the start-up to a multi-million-pound business and then sold out to a bigger firm. Celia was then the managing director for the four-year handover period after which she moved back to the UK (Although she has a South African accent she was actually born in Scotland!) Reflecting on next steps Celia consulted a coach to figure out what next. It was a close call between buying a coffee shop in Gerrards Cross and starting a coaching business.

A bit more about Celia

Celia has two beautiful daughters, Melissa and Abi, who both work part-time for Painless Practice alongside their studies. When Celia’s not working you’ll find her on the golf course, running or cycling or travelling to a lovely destination. She loves entertaining too and uses her huge collection of recipe books to gain inspiration to spend hours in the kitchen to delight her guests.
