Looking after people is her forte. Placing emphasis on communication and relationships she understands the importance of effective teamwork. Just as her bespoke journey took her in a very different direction to where she initially thought she would go, she will help and support you in creating and seizing opportunities new to you and getting the best results for your practice

Bev’s background

Bev studied Business Studies and languages and her specialisation was in marketing and German
She is married with 4 children (all girls – noisy and expensive)!
As a chiropractic patient for 30 years she was always fascinated by the treatments and when she had the opportunity to join Reading Chiropractic Clinic she jumped at the chance. Working closely with Dr Simon Bird she experienced first hand the marriage of excellent patient care and clinic growth. She has been privileged to work alongside talented practitioners and be part of their development.
She appreciates fully the importance of the smooth running as a team of a practice to fulfil individual and business potential

Reception training

Your front of house welcoming team may be the reason patients return to your clinic or choose to try elsewhere. Their influence over a patient’s experience within your practice is stronger than you would imagine. So It’s vital your reception team reflects the ethos and reputation of your clinic from the moment patients first contact you. You may already have an established team sharing your practice’s purpose and values, or you could be looking to introduce reception cover into your clinic. Either way, bespoke training is extremely beneficial for patient retention and new patient generation.
